Mykonos airport is about 6 km away, while the port is 9 km approximately. Downtown Mykonos (Chora) is 5 km away. A transfer to/from the airport, port or anywhere you need in Mykonos island can be arranged from our team. Guests will be met at the Villa to proceed with the check-in and collect the keys. We do accommodate early check-in subject to availability. The Villa Manager is on call anytime for whatever you might need. Flexible check-in/out : We will be happy to provide you an early or late check in/out if possible! The earliest and latest check in/out times will depend if there will be other guests check-out/in the same dates that you are checking in/out. So we will coordinate your preferences with the other guests preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate all. Our Concierge team is available to support you for any enquires you think necessary to make your staying comfortable. The earliest and latest check-in/out times will depend on if there will be other guest’s check-out/in the same dates that you are checking in/out. So, we will coordinate your preferences with the other guests’ preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate them all.
2.    🤝 Care for the Property
•    Treat the villa and its furnishings with respect, as if it were your own home.
•    Report any damage promptly to the host.
3.    💳 Security Deposit
•    A security deposit up to 1.000 €/$/£ may be required upon arrival, particularly for large groups.
4.    🔑 Key Loss
•    If a key is lost for any reason, you will be required to pay up to €100 per piece
5.    🎉 No Parties or Event
•    This is a residential area. So please respect public quiet hours 12.00 pm - 8.00 am.
•    Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited without prior approval.
•    Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
6.    🚭 Smoking
•    Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
•    Protect furniture, such as pillows and sofas, from smoke exposure.
7.    💧 Water Conservation
•    Tap water is not safe for drinking.
•    Please use water responsibly due to local shortages.
8.    ⚡ Energy Conservation
•    Avoid excessive energy use:
•    Turn off lights during the day.
•    Switch off air conditioners when not in use.
•    High energy consumption may result in blackouts.
9.    🔒 Security
•    Secure your belongings.
•    Lock all doors and windows when leaving or retiring for the night.
10.    🚽 Toilet Etiquette
•    Do not flush non-biodegradable items down the toilet.
11.    🧳 Guest Policy
•    Notify management in advance if the number of guests exceeds your booking.
12.    🏖️ Towel Usage
•    Pool and bath towels should always remain in the villa and not taken to the beach.
13.    🚫 Rule Violations
•    Violation of these rules may result in the termination of your stay without a refund and denial of further services.
